While all categories are coved by JD, most of the phone numbers are out of service or incorrect.

In all honestly, this is one terrible app. I dont know how you can be relatively big and still make and offer poor apps. Theres no profile. I cant edit my shop using my own credentials. Each time I have to get a OTP to make any changes. Updates are slow and entire process is relatively tedious. Just dial should just give up and let Google business thrive. They obviously cant succeed on their own.

TV Purchase: I went to Croma, Vijay Sales... Selected a 32 inch Samsung Smart TV model with the features I wanted. Price was 33k. I pulled up the JustDial app and entered the model number. I got both online and local vendor prices. The price was 28k. The product was delivered and installed in 3 hours!! I saved 5k on the way! All in less than 3 min. Cash on Delivery! Unbelievable experience.

Everytime I’ve searched something on JD.. I start getting random calls, about my search.. and what do I want from it and all.. So wrong to sell away you personal details and actions to random strangers..

Never got started,never got to use the app,wanted a OTP , but never sent it to me to even try the app,but wanted all my information,contacts,etc, So how about no STARS, plus I live in the United States and wanted to use a Indian City as my URL in search ,what a waste of time,maybe I’m over reacting but with COVID-19,and Trump acting up,my nerves are at worst,so no Stars for wasting my time.Thank You very much ,ItI-Houma

I have taken a paid membership for my business after paying money they stopped responding to my calls, also I didn’t received any leads from them only 1-2 leads in a week they also send irrelevant leads to me. Whatever money I paid is completely loss. I recommend not to use any paid membership of Justdial it’s completely useless. They make fake commitments to shell out money.

The mobile app of Justdial is seriously one of the best local search engines. I must say that they are the best among other local search engines. I have tried their services many times in the past. Have ordered food online from my favourite restaurants. Have booked movie tickets. Have hired cars. Have also checked out for doctors when my family was unwell and hubby was out of town. Restaurants, movies and many other useful services just come packed in one single app. Honestly, if I need something urgent, the only thing that comes to my mind is Justdial. All you have to do is download JD Lite app and enjoy the services they offer. You’ll never know unless you do that.

Just dial is the worst platform for advertising your business. I registered and became a paid member recently and my business was listed as per my need until I made the payment .After the payment they listed my business in their own format.Once the payment is done , these ppl will NEVER respond properly to you. The worst customer service you ll ever see. I called the customer care to file a complaint against them and they kept diverting ma call and none of them transferred d call to the concerned department. I somehow managed to hold for more than 30 minutes but even then thy dint take my complaint . Please do not go for justdial. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I just cancelled my contract with them.
